As far as definitions are concerned, one of the best sources I’ve come across is the Wideman Comparative Glossary. You could try that and see if it’s any use.
Does any one know whether there are any other forum which may be more suitable to the less experience or for junior members who wish to discuss the more day to day contract administration matters.
Sometime there are situation where the queries are not a claim, dispute but more like seeking confirmation, others interpretation and logic or chain of thoughts.
Junior members coming up may wish to learn and can’t really contribute much on the more specialised subject.
What do you all think?

I am sure there are a lot of wise men/women in this forum and good but I think it would be nice if the answers are related to the query otherwise it always seems to be highjack by others.
Thoroughly agree with Charles. Sometimes a question is more powerful than an answer! If any experienced planners can say "I know it all" then it is past the time for retirement. The only disappointment to me is the volume of questions in the forum about software as opposed to methodology - I sometimes think that modern planning software, for all its advantages, has ceased to be a stepping stone and is now a stumbling block to good planning practice.

Whatever information you will get in PP is only tip of the iceberge. It is still for us to grow and read a lot, search the internet, use PP as a lead and as a guide.
Whatever you find more in your quest be sure to come back to PP and present your case.

not necessary because what is ethical to one nationality maybe the vain or retarder for progress as percieved from other nationality.

At the first glance it seems a good idea: one forum for specialists another for beginners. This might lead to betters disputes.
BUT:
How to separate? PMP or equivalent certificate? Self estimation? When to change from beginner to expert?
Nobody will cover all topics of this forum. So it is very common being expert in one area, pre-graduate in another.
In this forum I like the creative mixture between juniors and oldies. After > 30 years of Project management I still have many chances to learn: other branches, areas of knowledge, countries...
My opinion: Basically PP should remain as it is with this fruitful mixture of beginners, advanced and experts.

Ethics, code of conduct, treat other persons with respect: This is essential for any cooperation. Without this any project is about to fail.
In big international projects youll have to establish or publish codes of conduct - in general the participating companies have them.
in my humble opinion these values are valid for a forum as well.
