Original Duration equal to total NOT by level

Ok... I think we solved this one... I filtered all Hammock items and it corrected itself.



Don’t know what Hammock activities are but thats for another lesson ;)

Hi Dieter... this didn’t change my results except give me a total at the bottom of each level vs. the top.



I may not be explaining this clearly.



Eg. The total project has 463 hours at level 1. But Level 4 also show 463 at each of its jobs although the job doesn’t total 463... it should only show a total of 6.



Hope this explains it better.



Also... i know this is Suretrak but it I don’t see a category for Suretrak and P3 should be fairly simular

Hi Diane

Move your mouse into the table area --> right click (or "Format") --> organize --> right side within the window column "Total" --> select top or bottom --> select "Organize now".

This works in P3 and should work in Suretrak as well.
