Schedule Analyzer assists you in creating and reviewing initial (Baseline) schedule and schedule updates using 100s of checks and reports, displaying the detailed results on the screen or summarizing a quality evaluation as a dashboard display. You can also log the results found on each activity over the life of your project.
Schedule Analyzer untangles complicated, out of sequence schedules using a program called, Longest Path Value. Longest Path Value will compute and insert a longest path value for each activity in your schedule. This is a lot like total float, only it displays how many days each activity is away from being on the longest path.
Logic League is a module that lets you display, sort, and manipulate your relationships in an extended database to include items such as degree of preferential “hardness”, adding notes and codes to relationships, and keeping inactive scenarios available for later use.
