Interviews are designed to determine if you have the ability to do the work. If they want you to work for them, then they must think you can do the job.

Most important thing is to move if you feel you want to and never regret not going after you don’t.

You need to consider things when shifting;

do you have the ability or knowlwdge to the new work from gas to bldg, etc.

Pls. remember that planning has a wide variety of specialties, maybe you are expert in gas but no how in building , etc..

Some planners are known having expertise in manuvering the software which is basically known as SCREEN JOCKEY...

The three main things to remember when choosing to move jobs.

1 Is the money better? (after travel expenses etc.)

2. Is the location workable?

3. What are the prospects like for progression?

(And number 3 isn’t a consideration for everyone)
