Dont forget to check for External Dates, These dates are applied in a fashion similar to constraints, but are derived from external links to other projects.
Ive found a heap of them in the ones Ive been looking after, it appears they came from excessive copy and pasting of the schedule in an attempt to create backups and copies in case the network crumped.
Imagine the look on their eyes when they learnt about the baseline feature????????
Anyway they can cause a headache.

If your early dates are as expected then check your TF column. Looks like you have a constraint date which is giving you 3 years negative float.
Dear Rabbani,
Check the data date for the project, predecessor and successor of the activity in question.

Ashraf
