Hi again how can we do the same thing(showing Costs and Revenues) with Primavera is there any other way or will we use same method just you said for MS Project
The activity is say Excavation of 100cum...(ur direct cost 100x10$ = 1000$ and ur sales price / client bill / earn = 100 x 12.5$ = 1250$)
Now create 2 resources (1.Excavation - DIrect cost and 2.Excavation - sales)..In the group define D for Direct and S for sales of the particular resources.
Now assign both the resources of unit 100 to the particular activty..
when u update %, both the resources will get updated...
now, run the report as usual, with filtering either "D" or "S"..this will give the cash flow for either ur Earnings or Ur expense cost...
