Hemanth,

You could also just add a space before and after the "&", i.e. "Ram & Company" instead of "Ram&Company" and so on. That works for me also for line 2 and 3 in the footer (MS 2000).

Therefore "This & That" would work, but not "This&That".

Regards,

Bo

Hemanth,

I tried one line at at time, and it works perfectly; but it does not work when you enter the four lines together, "Mather&Platt" becomes "Mather1latt", "Refer ..." => "Refer page 14", "Collins&Partners" => "Collins1artners"

Reason is that MSP (I am using MSP 2003 Pro) is adding "[Page]" after each "&" after the 1st one; browse in the lower frame and manually delete the offeding caracters.

And see the results (!)

Ram&Company

Mather&Platt

Refer Page 1&2

Collin&Partners

Enter Exactly As I Typed

Thanks & Regards

Hemant,

You can use "&" sign as normal & sign in Footer as per your example "This & That" and it will appear as normal as long as it is not followed by bracket sign "[". ie "&[]"

This bracket sign refresenting memory variables or field exist on MSP. ie: &[Page], &[Start], &[Finish], &[Time], &[Date]
