Loss of Efficiency Claim

You may be talking about a disruption claim. That is, due to a great number of variations to a contract a loss of working efficiency has occured due to the disruption in works and inability to plan the job.

Due to this disruption costs cannot be assoicated with individual contract variations. The result is usually submission of a global type claim.

Global claims are becoming more accepted than they once were.
