for typical floors, we can say 7days floor cycle is achievable. glazing works can be started after completing the structure(tower), i think for glazing works you can allocate 8-10 months duration(also it depends on the details of glazing works), post tensioning will start after a week completion of slab concreting. some times, 3-4days later also they can start post tensioning, it depends the strength of concrete grade is used(to be checked with the cube test results before commencing the PT). in 3 days time we can finish it of 6-7m depth shoring for 110m length. Pile foundation(need to know no. of piles, pile size) anyhow max 45days to finish it of, incl. pile tests(also it depends on method, anchore method, or conventional load test). Raft needs 2-3 weeks to finish it of, what about the lift pit depth? no info is available.
See you on Sunday for further info.............
Thanks for advices. Ok. Additional infos:
1. Slab is 220mm thick and is post-tensioned.
2. Working hours is 10hours/day.
3. Working is allowed only within plot limit.
4. Contiguous shoring wall all around shall be used.
5. Pile foundation with 1000mm deep raft.
Structurally, how many days for each floor?
How about the glazing? When I could have to start installing it and what is the duration?
Thanks again.
Hi Weni,
First of all we need to know what type of formwork system you are going to use in Corewall, Self Climbing or manual?. we need to see your drawings for slab type so as to choose table formwork / or .............. then only we can fix the floor cycle. someone can blindly say, 16days for carparking floors where we have ramps and deep beams, basement also require more or less same duration. Also need to know whether your adjacent land is open, or having some exisiting structure, that also will affect the execution which require some more consideration in calculating the project completion time.
Refer your General layout drawing and architectural/structural drawings to have some rough estimation.
Someone can say in 2 years time everything can be finished, but without seeing drawings/quantities, accurate estimation of project duration will be very hard to say.

Weni,
I think Tom was joking (notice emicon).
No-one on this board can answer this question as you havent given us enough information. Someone in this field could give rough estimates from their experience but even so this could be totally different in another country/environment.
The only way to find a solution is to do this yourself. It will take a long time to get an accurate estimate. You will need to input working day - 7 days a week with 24 hours a day or maybe 5 day week with 8 hour days? Limiting factors other than resources will be the cranes. You will probably need to add a procurement schedule of when the materials will be ordered and arrive. You will have different skilled people like electricians and you will probably need a large number to finish the wiring in the shortish time as I guess a large number of floors could be wired at the same time.
In our country there arent many buildings with so many floors and I guess there is alot of risk and you may need to add this in unless you are confident!
Hi Tom. Thanks for help but am wondering how you get that. Could you further explain to me in detail?
Thanks again.
