Yes you can input a custom resource curve against every individual resource on every individual task. All you need do is go into the Task Usage or Resource Usage View. Make sure that the right-hand side of the screen is showing WORK, then input the daily hours that you expect the resource to work. Of course, you must have allocated a resource to the task in the first place
I will say, though, that the whole exercise is nearly a complete waste of time. As soon as you input ACTUALS, the system will automatically re-schedule the profile according to the Task Type(Fixed Work, Fixed Duration or Fixed Units) and the amount of work previously done.
