Thanks for all your suggestions, helped a lot. Taking a good look at the drawings, talking to vendors and designer are really the factors in deriving my programme to best suit the tender requirements. Various methods are actually derived in relation to the equipment and access platforms used. Appreciate your comments.

Hi,



Perhaps try speaking with the company that will be doing the work or a similiar company, they may be willing to give you some assistance with logic / durations etc.



I usually find speaking to engineers / planners they will readily give information, its the way you ask that counts.

Hi Arman,



I believe you have to go back to the drawings and prepare a construction method based on what resources you had. Breaking down your activities into details might help you derive a duration from the production rate of your resources.
