Ok, I think I know what you are saying. Average = Resource Leveling.

Just keep in mind thean when you LEVEL resources in P3, P3 overights the Early Start and Early Finish Dates. What is always a good idea is to store the Early dates in user defined fields, like PLNS and PLNF which have usually already been created for you by default. Use Global Update to copy the Early dates into these fields before running resource leveling. These can than be used later on you graphics. After leveling the Early Dates are your new "Average" dates.

Let me know is this is any help.

Cheers

Thanks for your response Nigel,

My concern is this, my activities in P3 already resources loaded (man-hours), and from that i generated plan percent of each activities. I used Plan value (BQWS) and convert them in to Plan %, but the plan value can only show the early plan value, i do not know how to generate BQWS with average or at least late plan value.

The reason i am looking the average or late is because our project does ot use early plan anymore since it is too aggresive, we use average plan instead.

Hopefully i make my self clear now.

Thanks

I am not quite sure what you are asking. If you are refering to the average percentage being the average resource allocation to an activity by ignoring how resources have being allocated to an activity by way of using resource lags and or resource curves (late, early, etc. profile) and the like, then I suggest the best method would equate the time elapsed based on the duration of the activity. Which would ultimately be the same as averaging (spreading) your resource requirements across an activity, i.e. (Original Duration(OD) - Remaining Duration(RD)) / Original Duration(OD). Or similair dirivative.

It is more likely that I do not understand your question but maybe this might help.
