Need to structure project services guys through project management, planning, cost, estimating, procurement, quality etc depts in a career path. To attract graduates I need to offer some sort of structure and qualification prior to say MAPM or PMP.

Thanks guys - I am a member of both organisations but wouldnt use them for this. OK after a bit of project experience to direct graduates towards PMP or APM exams / status (as well as professional institutions).
Thinking more along GNVQ / Open College type courses. BNFL started something similar 10 years ago.

Nigels given you a good one there, but you could also try Association for Project Management.

You could try the PMI - they have various courses that all count towards a project management certificate - they also have a UK section.
