Thanks for the reply. How would you define value in this case, its subjective isnt it.

Daya is pretty much on the money,



VPI = BVWP divided by AVWP



VPI = Value Performance Index

BVWP = Budgeted Value for Work Performed

AVWP = Actual Value for Work Performed
