Hi All,
It is possible to provide a quick and easy way to consolidate all the projects. Once the filters etc. are defined it can be done automaticccccaly.

Would suggest that you set up a template to be used by all of the sub-projects, which have common calendars, customised fields, headers/footers, bar styles etc.
You may also wish to consider using one of the text fields as a predefined task numbering system e.g.:
XX-YYY-ZZZZZ
where XX relates to the sub-project, YYY is the high-level WBS within the sub-projectm and ZZZZZ are the unique task IDs.
Hope this is of use.
You may use the Insert, Project Command and insert as many projects as you like.
I suggest you use this option with caution, there are many issues with this option.
I prefer just cutting and pasting the tasks from one project into another, but then the calendars have to match before doing this. You may consider setting an Interim Baseline to confirm the tasks that are passed in are calculating correctly after insertion.
