Hi David

As far as I’m concern you need to consider geographical diffrences and factors concerning with it and also the productivity of rate of your manpower (if your using local or will hire foreign).

Cheers!

Hi there,

Thank you very much Mr. Jose Frade. Last time I didn’t get it, but really, I like your name...(sounds like..you’re very gutsy).Hoping also that, in some way, I can make other people who takes work too seriously..to divert & relax. Life is not all about work or money...Have some fun....

Hi David,

I work in Dubai.

In our planning method we consider the weather condition (more than 48 degree celsius during summer with high humidity). We consider the supply of "Wild Air" (see previous thread on wild air) in planning finishing works.

Cheers,

Charlie

Edgar

You are absolutely right this is not helping at all.

I also was taking your answer as some fun wanting to ease the most likely difficulty of our colleague.

Being serious now. I suggest to check sites, news, pictures having different status in building construction in UK.

For a planner, these should give a good idea about how to proceed. The details are allways the same in every country.

Of course any one being in the planning business will take a look also to local wather conditions, terrain, surroundings, etc - normally this information we can get from the contract/client/weather.com/etc.

Hope to heve contributed with some serious help.
