Site preparation (survey-this starts here and ongoing till the end of concreting, cleaning, fencing, some road preparation for the piling, excavating and lifting EQs)
Excavation (paralel with this u can put the pile transport and hydro protection)
Piling (u can count 15 minutes/pile as an average if the pile length is less than 12m)
Pilehead cutting (start to start with the piling use approximately 2 days lag)
Blinding (+hydroprotection material)
Rebar work (if u get prefabricated elements and only need to place them on the piles rebar rods it goes very quickly if not the duration depends on your situation)
Embedded items(paralel wit the rebar work)
Formwork (depending on your method, u can do paralel with the rebar work with some lag)
Concreting (u can calculate 30 m3/day[6 mixers/day], if your team is good and the batching plant not far from your site u can go up to 70 m3/day) (the maximum I organised was 270 m3 for one day)
Dismounting the formwork, curing the concrete
If u only want some average for your concrete work from the blinding to the curing u can calculate 40 hours/m3.

Hi,
What kind of piles do You use? For prefabricated concrete piles here is a little leve5 example:
Mobilisation (piling, lifting,excavating... EQs, personnel)
