Never know about this. Seems that Primavera
doesnt too happy to join the Open Sources Community.
Although their MyPrimavera (Web Interface)
currently prefer Apache as the web server platform.
Not sure about the front-end application,
but for the database it is possible although you still
have to buy database server license for Oracle
or MS-SQL, which then connected to a MySQL Server.
