We provide a design deliverable schedule, which we monitor to give accurate state of progress in relation to the final "Issued for construction" status. These drawings will also be reviewed by CanZip professionals for:

The management team have a wide range of experienced construction professionals with experience in "Oil and Gas" projects, "Stadium" Construction, "Retail" Deveolopment, "Land Remediation", "Utilities" water, gas and electricity, large scale Civil Engineering Projects including Marine based contracts.
We also achieved sucess in negioating section 106 agreements for developers with Local councils. As part of the management of these schemes we have managed phased payments from utilities which also benifits the developer.
Canzip as a team has specialisist cosultants who have experience in one off developments, these are difficult contracts with high end finishes with time and budget constraints, usually situated in difficult to access areas.
