• Establishing, reviewing and managing planning procedures to be undertaken on all projects;
• Detail planning, scheduling and delay analysis of all aspects of EPCM for diamond mining;
• Project resourcing and input into Cost Management;
• Working with site staff to ensure that the necessary schedules are in place, are compiled in accordance with company principles, policies and procedures, and have consistency; and

Provide technical advice, lead cross-functional teams, and implement process improvements throughout all phases of various construction projects.

Monitor and report contractor planning and work operations including creating progress reports for internal management and for client to track project milestones.Execute successful projects by collaborating with senior management and contractors to effectively plan, troubleshoot issues, and develop evolving solutions. 

Creation of new planning system using MS Project.  Requirements capture to determine user needs.  Development of individual project schedule templates.  Integration of all projects schedules into overview.  Use of resource pool to manage resource requirements and carry out capacity planning.  Development of system to provide look ahead.  Provision of MS Project training.

Responsible for the setup and onward management of full EVM analysis along with management of the IMS baseline in a fully resourced, networked, event-driven schedule.

Currently, I am working at CTTI as Instructor. My responsibilities include the training of technology students in the field/subject of Mechanics of Structure, Primavera Project Planner and Workshop Practice. I provide appropriate, intellectually stimulating instruction in each class by taking into consideration the unique abilities of each student.
