-     Prepare of master, detailed plans, revised and short term programmes.

-     Prepare of resource and cost loaded planning schedules.

-     Produce resource histograms for manpower and material.

-     Produce daily & weekly KPI's.

Responsible for assisting mining clients in preparation and review of capital and operating cost estimates, schedules and other project controls tasks.

Responsible for Hull planning and scheduling, production and construciton progress form desing through fabrication of modules to final erection/outfitting.

i) Preparation of in detail Master construction Programme for client as well as for internal purpose to monitor & to achieve the mile stones and for planning of the resources.

• Construction Planner/Scheduler - Construction Phase
• Prepare construction and installation schedules of the project using Primavera Project Planner (P3) in compliance with the project requirements.
• Resource loading and leveling of construction schedule by integrating the appropriate manpower requirements for each discipline relative to the overall project needs.
• Coordinate with Procurement for the delivery and installation of all critical mechanical and electrical equipment.

Program Management Contractor’s Planner/Scheduler that oversees the Contractor’s project control functions which includes but not limited to:

Leads the Project Controls group for the entire project that provides project control functions for the Proposal Bid and Advance Engineering of Habshan 5 Project which includes but not limited to:

§  Development of pre-award proposal schedule in summary and detail.

§  Planning and scheduling of Engineering activities and deliverables.

§  Facilitate change management process.

Construction Planning & Scheduling Engineer for the Project Director of the entire joint venture project. Provides construction planning support to the project management team which includes but not limited to:

§  Monitor and evaluate subcontractor’s level-4 schedule.

§  Conduct periodic feasibility study to determine the schedule’s discrepancies to Chiyoda’s standards.

Responsible for all planning, cost control, bid pricing (in consultation with Operations Manager), QA, commercial transactions and reporting and project performance reporting within the Odebrecht Oil & Gas - Aberdeen operations. Develop the local standard procedures and work instruction for insertion into the Aberdeen Operations quality plan.  Where appropriate assist in the development of project specific procedures.  Take lead role in annual QA external audits for the ISO 9000 quality assurance accreditation.
