• Preparing Detail Construction Schedule level-4.
• Preparation Internal weekly MIS reports which gives the quantitative progress of Engineering Deliverables, Procurement, overall progress, milestone achievement and critical issues.

Many years experience in the implementation management of multi-discipline projects around the world in various industries, OIL & GAS, Nuclear Power, Rail etc.

In the course of my career I have - directed the development of detailed scope descriptions and forecasts of their associated manpower, costs schedule and quality requirements

Worked as a Turnaround Superintendent on a large number of Turnarounds for ICI in the UK and the USA.  Was part of a team who put together Turnaround methodology which was used throughout the world and seen as best in class in the Turnaround arena.

Managed an area within a plant during the Turnaround as the client in charge of the contractor 

Served as lead resource regarding cost, schedule and change management for turnaround and capital project issues.
