MSP services to BAA for managing 5-year programme of capital works at Heathrow Airport, UK.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead Planner on behalf of BAA for a number of projects within their "Portfolio of Projects" sub-programme.

Additional role due to exceptional performance in first four months

Assist PCM in designing functional vision, strategy & tactics

Integrate capacity management system across the function

Deputise for PCM

Recognised Subject Matter Expert for Learning & Development within PC function

Lead drive to educate the business in the value of Project Controls

Integrate all PC improvement drives into coherent whole 

Full project planning responsibility on all company construction projects

Full planning responsibility for design, site set-up, groundworks, envelope construction (experience of timber kit, concrete & steel frame) fitout, procurement and sales & marketing

Responsible for tender review & analysis, and planning aspects of tendering

Leads Planning Function in dispute resolution within NEC3 framework

Selecting new planners to business at interview

Full experience of CPM & non-CPM, cost appraisal and detailed analysis

Project Engineer for various Projects all Nuclear related with value up £12M

Dearborn/Midwest Conveyor Company, Incorporated

Manager of Project Scheduling, directly responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of $300 million to $500 million annually in design, manufacturing and construction projects of Automotive, Postal /Package and Bulk Materials Handling systems and infrastructure projects.

• Certified QHSE Lead Auditor   for ISO Standards.
• NEBOSH Certified
