·         Responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 7 planners – performing annual appraisals and setting personal objectives for each member.

·         Participate in global group planning standardization, and developing standardize progress reporting utilizing EVMS

·         Construct Level 2 EPCI schedules for FPSO, Deep Water Buoy, FLNG and TLP’s proposals

·         Development of Construction Schedule & and determining the optimal sequence of operations on the construction site, & complete the Project within set deadlines, on budget, and in line with all the relevant safety standards and regulations

·         Resource lodging & updating the Construction schedule.

·         Preparation of Project Budget, Cash Flow.

Provided strategic and tactical leadership to Multiple projects and a team of 4 professionals. Responsible for development of scope, schedules, budget development and management, and creating estimates (cost and time) for all phases of the project.   Developed periodic accruals and cost reports for client interface meetings.

Directly responsible for provision and coordination of all activities in the project including cost control, invoicing, variation claims, change management, planning, payment resolution, as well as the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts.  Managed project execution, stakeholder engagement,resource allocation, and governance processes throughout the project lifecycle.Analyzed reports for profitability, manpower productivity, efficiency, and resources.
