§  Responsible for ensuring that our company’s obligations are discharged, that our company’s rights are secured and that our company avoids liabilities.

§  Responsible for communicating with the Client on contractual matters, e.g. notifying of time and cost impact of delaying circumstances, preparation of extension of time and additional compensation claims, submission of contract deliverables, et al.

•  Review, analyze Subcontracts tenders, Technical and financial evaluation.
•  Prepare subcontractors monthly invoices.
•  Provide technical Coordination between structural and electromechanical works.
• Participate in strategic planning and key actions

I'm working as planning and risk engineer on EPSC5 Anguille Redevelopment project; my primary task is to give simulations to assist management in operational decision, help to avoid schedule creep 

- Planification of works (P6, Ms Project),

 - Reporting using s-curves and the method of Earned Value Management,- Risk management,

- coordination of industrial department projects.
