Planning and Scheduling Manager working on Venues of the 2012 Olympic Park.

I was responsible for administration of the Programme for the Olympic Stadium and the Aquatics Centre.  This included managing the programme for the NEC, reporting performance from the contractors programmes running risk analysis of the programmes and integration with other projects on the Olympic Park.

Performed general accounting, including AR, AP, P&L, consolidations, cash flow, back transactions, inter-company transfers and Budget System development (using Interplan), while taking MBA.

Worked as a Sr. Planning and Cost Engineer for Jaka Property Development and Management Corporation for Splendido Taal Residential Golf and Country Club project, Jaka Tower and Bridgeport Housing Project.

Overall in-charge of the PROJECT PLANNING/SCHEDULING & CONTROL of the three(3) simultaneous large scale Airport Core Development projects, "OLYMPIAN CITY 1 & 2" in Tai Kok Tsui, HK, which include:

1. JORDAN VALLEY SITE DEVELOPMENT Project in Hong Kong. It compasses a 1 Million cu.m. Rock Blasting/Excavation and built the longest Rock Conveyor, new roads and subway tunnels.



2. KCRC SOUTERN LINK RAILWAY TUNNEL (KDB300 & 200). More than 2 km floating railway tunnel construction using open-cut excavation, massive diaphragm, bored piles, secant walls, temporary sheet pile cofferdams, ground freezing, sophisticated ground investigation and instrumentations. In-charge of the tendering package and the project construction baseline.

Project Planner: Developing and updating Schedule and Monitoring Procurement Progress and Situation

Bulk Materials Handling Equipment Design, Engineer, Procure, Fabricate and Erect planning.

Develop Baseline schedules.

2 years Project Contrals Manager in the BP refinery in Rotterdam, Scope 150M to 400M Euro.

Over 3 years Project Controls Manager for OMV/Petrom in Romania scope between 750M and 1.5B Euro.
