Responsible for overall planning for all projects from tender to completion stage, and tracking progress on regular basis and advise management for project progress monitoring, liaising with clients and advising project team regarding proper execution strategy and identify bottlenecks.

• Designed, developed and commissioned a state of the art project management framework and all required tools, process and templates in less than 6 months.
• Launched a process to review and synchronize contracts with project management plan before initiation including QA check list and risk and issue registry to ensure mitigation plans pro-actively prepared.
• Defined, benchmarked, implemented and monitored key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Supported divisional managers and project managers in compiling tender documents and monitor performance of sub-contractors to
