Responsible for the planning and scheduling function of all Fluor projects for Sasol Secunda Plant. This was a multi project enviroment with projects ranging from small to major projects and plant shutdowns.

  • Prepare and develop Level IV Baseline schedule including subcontractors activities using Primavera Project Planner and get approve the same from the Consultant/Client.
  • Prepare Monthly Look Ahead Schedule for site execution & Delay Analysis report for Management review to take corrective actions if required.
  • Conduct daily site inspection to monitor the progress at site and prepare weekly and monthly progress report to Consultant / Client.
  • Trending and Forecasting the Potential Cost and Schedule issues and bringing them to the attention of site managem
