I have worked in the project management field for over 25 years.

Project Manager in charge of an EPC (Engineering, procurement and construction) Contract of +60 Telecomunication towers including concrete foundations, delivery and assembly of steel structures. Client: Antel, Uruguay.

Assisted in the development of program management procedures and protocols.  Developed and maintained schedule for design and right-of-way for the high speed rail proposed between Orlando and Tampa.

The position involved the full project life-cycle from the development of the project charter, project planning, scheduling, control, and closure.

As well as leading the team of Network Engineers I also undertook major projects to improve the network up-time and reduce fault restoration time.  I also led the disaster recovery initiative.

Convert sales department notes into statements of requirements for in-house engineering teams and third party suppliers to construct or configure.  Ensured delivery dates were met and coordinated workarounds as required. 

Seconded to Danagas Sharjah as planning and cost engineer for Zora offshore field developement Project.

Recruitment and development of a planning team, planning tools and methodologies. Responsible for the management of a team of five planners engaged in planning projects and scheduling the area activities of R&D, Engineering, Fabrication, Manufacturing, Assembly, Testing and Offshore Installation. Played a key role as lead member of an International Continuous Improvement Team and core member of the Multiflex Project Management Process Improvement Team.
