Provide services with highly quality and experienced engineering professional supplied to SABIC to oil and gas, petrochemical, power plants and infrastructure sectors as per client needs and expectations.

Quantity Surveying & Cost management:
•Cost Estimation & Cost control, Contract Management, Procurement Coordination;
•Prepare BOQ recapitulation;
•Prepare Monthly Financial Affairs Report;
•Prepare and Maintain Interim and Final Quantity Books;
•Check the Contractor’s interim and final pay certificates;
•Evaluate unit rates for new items of works;
•Check joint measurements for interim payments;
•Compute final pay quantities;
•Maintain current as-built drawings as the work progresses;
•Maintain progress schedule and cash flow chart;
•Assist in preparation of Variation Orders.
1. Profile:
Ø A Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with more than 15 years experience in Project Management, Cost & Quantity Management, Contract Management, Coordination and Team Management with well known organisations.
Ø A keen Quantity Surveyor with competencies across:
Direct the Laurel Mountain Midstream operations and maintenance (O&M) budget development, preparation, formulation, and presentation process.
Provide advice and made recommendation to management for proper budget planning and forecasting for effective decision-making during the extended forecast budgeting process
Monitor and analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls and review operating budgets to analyze trends affe
