Roles and Responsibilities:

1.     Part of the  program management team

2.     Assigned to  the major packages of the airport projects such as but not limited to Passenger Terminal Complex, Airfield Infrastructures and Landside Infrastructures.

3.     Leads and manages planners and schedulers to ensure smooth delivery of works at all phases of project lifecycle.

4.     Assume overall responsibilities of overall project planning, scheduling development and maintenance.

• I developed logical linked overall integrated project execution programs (resourced and cost-loaded) that comply with the planning standard and client requirements
• I prepared annual capital and operating budgets in line with the work program and prepared the forecast plan and budget
• I Provided details on materials to ensure the procurement teams have early visibility of the project requirements
• I prepared the Claims and Variation orders (both Time & Cost)
• Monitor, control and analyze the project program and cost information using Earned Value methodo

• General coordination of Multidisciplinary Engineering Teams (Process, Mechanic, Piping, I&C, Electricity, Civil) during the stages of Conceptual, Basic, Basic Extended, Detail and As Built.
• General coordination and advice to the client during the different stages of Engineering.
• Preparation of Bids and Budgets for Engineering projects.
• Preparation of Cost Estimates.
• Training of operational personnel in different areas.

After graduation from university, I was assigned to a large state-owned construction enterprise, China Railway No.14 Bureau Co., Ltd. I developed as project manager from junior staff; the projects I managed had been obtained good economic benefit for company. During the period of the company, I mainly involved in large-scale railway, highway, building, infrastructure projects such as on-site construction, contract management, cost management and project management, I was in charge of and participated in many railway, highway and infrastructure projects’ bidding management work.
