Scheduling Manager of Northern California for AECOM - Hunt (Construction Division)
- To procure equipment, materials and systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.- To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.- Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stocks availability in central stores and sub stores.- To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.- All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.-
Responsible for development, control and monitoring of titanium and 6Mo pipe fabrication schedule for Exxon Mobil’s Hebron project. Updating and tracking progress against baseline and reporting on the outputs. Other duties include creating fabrication workpacks, coordinating the coatings process and shipping to ensure timely site delivery. Deputised for the Project Manager during business and vacation absences.
Develop and maintain project master schedule for construction of a new transmission line. Analysis and integration of contractor schedules. EV analysis, both SPI and CPI. Identification of project risks. Tracking procurement items.
This involved leading the planning team that reported the various project packages that made up the whole contract delivery package. I had to manage the planning teams & Integrate, report on the Civil’s, OLE, Signalling, P-Way, and Design /Build programmes for the Nuneaton & Rugby Stations and 50 Miles of track re-modernisation works along the West Coast.
