-  Inquiry the progress and monitoring the schedule with responsible shareholder

-  S-curves for the actual progress

-  Identify, analyse and evaluate critical activities (critical path analysis, baseline variations)

-  regularly reporting to the project leader and the customer

-  Induction and tracking the actual hours(on role basis) for the ressource-planing

§Carry out and monitor the planning & scheduling for HSGP project as well as reporting the progress report which is dynamic in nature.
