Tender programming, costing of Preliminary & General items, method statements, presentations to Clients, contract programmes, progress monitoring and status reports, claims for extension of Time, mitigation measures, training of contract managers in the usage of planning software.
Currently working within Project Management Office that supports a Program and ensure the Primavera and PPM tools are used effectively and pragmatically to enable Program Management and governance. This Program includes Seven Hospital projects amounting 721 Million USD, situated in different cities of Saudi Arabia.
