Georges Dock Building, Liverpool UK

The Georges Dock Building based in Liverpool UK was refurbishment project, converting unused office/storage space into a brand new, state of the art combined control room for Mersey Travel (Client) & Merseyside Police for the overseeing of the Mersey Tunnels.

The main use of the building itself is to supply fresh air, and extract fumes from the tunnels it is linked to however, it was the offices contained within the actual building that were being transformed.

I worked as a planner in several international project in the last 8 years for a big structural steel fabrication and erection Italian company.

I've been working trought several project in Qatar, Poland, Italy, Panama working with Primavera P.3 and P.6 for scheduling and reports.

Lead Planner for the FEED and EP phase of the Carboxylate project that would expand the existing plant’s current production capacity. Utilized modularization concept on its process structures and pipe racks to maximize productivity and to shorten construction duration.

·         Updating project schedule on a weekly basis.

·         Prepare tracking sheets for existing projects.

·         Prepare cash flow and cost curve of projects.

·         Collect raw data from site and converting it into technical analysis format generating statistical report.

Responsible for compiling schedules for pre feas, feas, execution, assisting with CBE and procurement planning as well as monthly and quarterly cashflow detail planning. Progress reporting, production reporting and optimazation for earlier execfution. optimizing schedule to meet deadlines, schedule crimping.

Project Description:

Harweel Cluster Phase 2AB Project : consist of Processing plant and development of 5 oil fields containing 32 new wellheads, 8 existing wellheads, 5 Remote Gathering Manifold stations, 1 Remote Injection Manifold Station, GRE Flow lines from well heads to RGMS, CS Injection lines from RIMS,  CRA (Corrosion Resistant Alloy) Trunk Lines from RGMS/ RIMS and Harweel cluster Process Plant.
