Responsibilities: • Working as Planning Manager, reporting to PMC Project Lead • Preparation of Project Master Schedule & Monitoring progress • Monitor project performance based on time cost and quality.

Main duties:Plan the project• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project• Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project•

Solutions for DIESEL project at Empresa Nacional Bazan, for use in the warships of Spain 

1.Planning, organizing, scheduling the activities using primavera and monitoring the progress at site and updating the baseline program accordingly on monthly and weekly basis 

2.Assisting senior planning engineer in preparation of bar charts, delay reports etc

3.Timely alarming PM regarding the delays occurring at site from our side and from subcontractor side and its effects on our completion date of the projects

Proj: BARAKAH NUCLEAR POWER PLANT UNIT 1 to 4

ROLE: Senior manager, Project control team in Seoul HQ Office

Scope:

Maintenance management control, warehouse management and control, support for the planning of shutdown services, and Project Management training.



Approach:

CMMS database management, creating maintenance procedures, preventive maintenance schedule and control, training/support for project management software and productivity tools, warehouse control (MRO materials and cost control), support for the adaptation of the Maintenance Dept routines to the TQC Program and for the SAP R/3 pre-operational phase (creating support material, procedures and training).
