EPC Project Planning, Site Planning, Progress reporting (Daily Weekly monthly), Weekly and monthly meetings, Presentation, Invoic certification and approval, Sub-contract management, day to day Planning for site activities, resource management, micro scheduling for critical palth, P6 schedule devlopment and weekly updation, Devloped Progress measurement system, monitoring project control activities, etc.

· Fill up daily record sheet (DRS) for manpower under Site/Company Instruction (SI/CI) work.
· Submit DRS to Client for approval and Payment Application.

L&T-GALFAR Consortium were awarded with Doha South Sewage Treatment Works; Phase 2 Expansion Project undertaken by Employer Public Works Authority (alias ASHGHAL), Govt. of Qatar, to construct a new Sequence Batch Reactor (SBR Plant) to ramp up the combined secondary treatment capacity to 200 MLD (ADWF) from 90 MLD - setting up new Ultrafiltration unit for the 1st time in the Middle East region in the largest capacity to treat municipal sewage (Project Value USD 200 million)
· Played a vital role in the construction of 85km flexible and rigid pavements; cross drainage works, major and minor bridges, an underpass, flyover, railway over bridge and highly complex interchanges
Worked as 'Delay Analyst / Senior Planning Engineer' with a Contracting / construction firm which employs more than 5000 people and was / still a market leader in the region. As a delay analyst, my role was to successfully prepare, submit and close out the entitlement requests (time & cost) on projects already completed. Hence, my role was more as 'Forensic Delay analyst' and preparing detailed claim analysis and narratives for submission to Client.
Associated with a Project Management Company and worked on multitude of projects (retail, commercial, villas, hotel, mixed use and high rise) of value more than 150 Million BHD (USD 300 Million). Have adequate experience in Planning, review of EoT, preparing status reports for Client, monthly project reports, using and maintaining MIS for all projects in the country.
