Progress reporting

Responsible for the preparation of Level 3 Critical Path Networks and Bar Charts integrating separate multi-disciplinary railway design and construction programme, ensuring co-ordination especially of signalling design and construction for the Sandbach to Wilmslow Resignalling Scheme.

Lead Planner for Crewe to Glasgow Project Group with two direct reports.  Responsible for overseeing the preparation of Level 3 Critical Path Networks and Bar Charts integrating separate multi-disciplinary railway design and construction programmes, preparation of Earned Value analysis and updating of Network Rail reporting systems (PMCS and PCS).

Gwynt-y-Mor Offshore Wind Farm

Responsible for preparation of Level 2 & 3 cost loaded programmes, “S” Curves and Earned Value measurement for a £120m wind farm off the coast of North Wales.

Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm

• Work closely with the Project Team to create Level 3 Tender schedules for various projects and clients, in MS Project 2007.
• Create various option schedules to cover all client options, and compare schedule impact between the options with the project team.
• Once awarded, convert the project into P3 and include costs, and track progress.
• Issue monthly S-curves and histograms to the project team, for inclusion into the monthly report to the client.

Setup, Planned and Executed Project Master Schedule from Sanction to First Oil.

Brought all facets of the project together using an integrated WBS structure.

Tracked All Subcontractors through the schedule to ensure timely delivery.

For the final Implementation phase, created a detailed Implementation schedule to bring all the interfaces of the project together, managing multiple simops and workfronts.

Responsible for the Planning of a Major upgrade at the Ratcliffe Power Station Uk, working as part of the kaefer C&D team to provide the service of: Access, Thermal Insulation, Industrial painting and Cleaning and Civil & Construction Works. I am responsible as Snr. Project Planner to schedule all relevent task and track progress and productivity.

As Part of this I am also the lead Planner of the removal of asbesto's material at Ratcliffe Power Station.
