- Prepare detailed time schedules up to level (5) for industrial (Cement) Projects (Inclusive all geotechnical, civil works, structural steel works, Mechanical and Electrical works).
- Prepare weekly / Monthly schedule updates and progress reports.
- Prepare manpower / Equipment usage estimates.
- Monitor Productivity at site and maintain productivity analysis reports.
- Daily Site coordination to ensure compelte implementation of the daily plan.
- Coordinate and liaise in technical office assignments (QS, RFI’s, Correspondences, subcontract invoices, contract administration and Engineering coordination)
- Closely follow up with suppliers on procurement plans, Shipping and delivery to site.
