        - Take off scope of materials for progress percentage update

          in the program schedule.             

Working with the Contractor and subcontractors facilitated the development of the baseline construction schedule using planning information. Provided bi-weekly updates and summary narrative reports detailing the longest/critical driving paths, performance analyses, suggestions to improve and/or avoid potential impacts for immediate timeframe and projected timeframe.  

• Created the project schedule and master plan for the USD 800 M Gas Anaco, Pigap II projectusing Primavera, MS Project and SAP PS.
• Controlled and reported a portfolio of USD 380 M.
• Developed and implemented a budget tracking tool that reduced time for progress report by 70%.

•  
• Oversaw simulation, defined process equipment specifications for crude refinery revamping using commercial simulators and detail engineering packages. Saved USD 500,000 in costs in the first year of operations through improved designs.
• Elaboted P&ID, executed Process calcultion, reviewed vendor information, generated and updated material balance drawing.
• Associated with the SINCOR project.

• Developed a project schedule for a SAP implantation project (CRM, CFM, BI and integration with other platforms), software development and IPVOICE solutions for a portfolio of USD 1500 M.
