Responsibilities:
· Report to Construction Manager.
· Assist to establish an enterprise overall management system and set the required system modifications in the company system in order to integrate the planning section activities with the company departments.
Working as a Senior Planning Engineer with more than 16 years of experience in the project planning field. Currently I'm working in MEP Sector. I'm having Oil & Gas Experience too.
Planning of a new Waste Water Treatment Works and 4 Pumping Stations in Stranaer. Responsibilities includes monthly physical update of projects in P6, producing a monthly dashboard report, monthly reporting to the Client and Senior Management. Managing Cost of project through P6.
Working with the Contractor and subcontractors facilitated the development of the baseline construction schedule using planning information. Provided bi-weekly updates and summary narrative reports detailing the longest/critical driving paths, performance analyses, suggestions to improve and/or avoid potential impacts for immediate timeframe and projected timeframe.
