Responsible for the planning and scheduling function of all Fluor projects for Sasol Secunda Plant. This was a multi project enviroment with projects ranging from small to major projects and plant shutdowns.

In Shutdowns / Turnarounds:

·         Currently working as Shutdown Planning Engineer with Dolphin Energy Limited for the preparation of their next annual turnaround.

·         Preparation for turnaround including Scope clarifications/finalization, Jobs lists preparation etc.

·         To prepare the complete resource loaded plan for shutdown/turnaround maintenance activities using Primavera P3 & P6 / MS project.

Western Range Iron Ore Project,

A two hundred forty three (243) Km of rail track for Arcelor Mittal, connecting the port of Buchanan to that of the iron ore mine in Yekepa, Nimba County.

Worked as Project (Coordination) Manager in Umag Technologie GmbH for their project (# 875/07) at Pak Arab Fertilizer Ltd -
30MW Cogeneration Power Plant in Multan – Pakistan, and was responsible for erection / installation of all three HRSG’s &
coordination during commissioning and handover business.

Successfully managed and complete the project within allocated time by efficiently managing the workforce (>250 including engineers to layman) by proper planning, monitoring, timely decisions & providing workable solutions.

• Responsible for overall project planning & material controlling.
• Updating E-P-C Schedule, identifying Critical activities and highlighting it to Project / Construction Manager, Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Project reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Prepare Clause 14 Programme of Works in Primavera P3 or P6 formats.
•Supervises planning engineers in weekly updates of the construction progress and prepares construction updated schedules using Primavera Project Planner.
•Monitor actual accomplishment in reference to the contractual Clause 14 P3 Program and or Balance-to-Complete P6 Programme.
•Liaise with Project Manager and formulate strategies in order to meet his target program.
