Worked as Project (Coordination) Manager in Umag Technologie GmbH for their project (# 875/07) at Pak Arab Fertilizer Ltd -
30MW Cogeneration Power Plant in Multan – Pakistan, and was responsible for erection / installation of all three HRSG’s &
coordination during commissioning and handover business.
Successfully managed and complete the project within allocated time by efficiently managing the workforce (>250 including engineers to layman) by proper planning, monitoring, timely decisions & providing workable solutions. The total budget of the project was more than 9.0 million Euro. The project included site preparation, planning, material handling / management, co-ordination with client / vendors / contractors and supervision of installation, commissioning, minimizing LOPs & handover business & development of trouble shooting and preventive maintenance documents.
