Section Leader/Manager responsible for all Planning and Scheduling Activities across four (4) LNG trains/facilities.  Lead on integrity and efficiency of CMMS.

  • Produced Planning and Scheduling Standards for Atlantic LNG.
  • Developed a framework for outage performance measurement.  Framework adopted and in use.
  • Project-Managed development of management procedures for multi-million, Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) between Atlantic LNG and GE (through Nuovo Pignone Ltd of Italy).
  • Oversaw staff and budgetary increases for new responsibilities and requirements.
  • Developed 3-year, rolling Section Development Plan.
  • Team Member for CMMS/Financial System upgrade 2003-2004.
