· Develop and maintain plans /schedules at various levels, that represent activities/milestones required to successfully deliver the project in time and on budget
· Monitor and report progress on the regular basis of the approved integrated schedule against the baseline in accordance with Planning and Scheduling Guidelines; including tracking actual versus plan, updating forecasts, analysis schedule & Costing deviation, CPI/SPI
Involved in various correlated works, covering almost type of civil construction faculty such as Infrastructure, Multistoried High-rise Towers, Luxury Villas, Hospitals, Hotels of high scale of interior / exterior finishes with sophisticated design and execution.
Construction of Power stations, Transformers control towers, Pump stations.
Airport works such as construction of control tower etc., Electrically operated hanger doors.
Taking all the Responsibility of:
1) Developing WBS, project roadmap , overall time schedule (P6),Progress Measurement System (PMS) for the project
2) Establishing a cost control system in requested companies based on the Earned Value
Measurement system(EVM)
3) Attend meetings with design consultants, project management consultant and contractors to review and approve baseline schedules, and attend regularly to progress meetings
