Analysis of contractor’s Level 3 and Level 4 design and construction programmes. The preparation of a level 4 progress measurement system to measure design, procurement and construction.
Employed through Railtrack Headquarters as the Zonal liaison. Responsible for delivering the North West Zone’s Incremental Output Statement programme and the Modern Facilities at Stations programme. The Incremental Output Statement programme was a Strategic Rail Authority initiative to provide enhancements to the rail network. The North West Zone’s programme included 36 schemes, 12 of which were progressed to full feasibility studies, the remainder were carried out as desktop studies within North West Zone.
Responsible for co-ordinating and managing the outputs of six programme managers to produce a summary Games Delivery Programme used to measure progress. Other responsibilities included production of detailed, cost loaded, procurement programmes, programmes to track the progress on processes, such as the achievement of Venue Hire Agreements, production of detailed spreadsheet tracking systems. Production of detailed programmes for the fit out and commissioning of venues for Games usage.

Manpower loading and the production of histograms and 'S' curves on New Project Tenders for Nuclear Work. The production and monitoring of tender submission programmes to ensure timely production of tender deliverables.
