Building/Updating Main Work Schedule. (13000 Activities)

Preparing detail work schedules for required activities .

Preparing Baseline Budget than Updating/Monitoring/Reporting Montly Budgets.

Preparing Weekly/Montly Progress Report for meetings.

Scheduler tasked to review update schedules and project progress during the life of the project and addressing issues and potential claims. I also developed an Update Specific As-Built Schedule that displayed progress for all aspects of the project across all schedule update periods for claims analysis.

Scheduler tasked to create a schedule representing the construction process of the bridge using original contract estimated resources, schedules, and other contract documentation. Estimator reviewing plans and specifications to determine resource quantities not included in the original construction plan and implementing this data into the schedule.  Designer who created a 4D model of the bridge construction process for presentation.

Administered job cards in M-Power, prepared baseline (level-3 and level-4 plan, tick sheet, manning requirement, and histogram); monitored progress (P3 and m-Power update, daily / weekly report, MOM, and issue log); anticipated slippages by means of forecast; and analyzed productivity and other statistics for KPI calculation

Prepared level-3 and level-4 (deliverables level) plan by P6 c/w histograms aligned with CTRs and SDS (Supplier Documents Schedule); monitored progress; and interfaced with Transfield Worley as construction contractor
