Lead Planner on a

Saudi Aramco Project with Eleven planning Engineers working under me. The project was spread all over Saudi Arabia and I had to prepare the baseline schedule and prepare reports to submit to management and client.

Since 2007 I'm working as a planning engineer in the United Arab Emirates for a main contractor reporting directly to the project director.

Tender Schedules preparation.

Developing baseline schedules (Resources and cost loaded) using P3, P6 V7

Updating baseline and progress reporting.

Preparing recovery and action plans.

Extension of Time.

Involved in two mega projects (Al Raha Garden >>"1400 Villas" & Al Falah Community Development >>"2080 Villas") and many other small resedential projects.

I have worked 15 years in 49 of the United States and in 3 other countries including Italy, Spain and I am currently working in Thailand as a project controller and manager, building high rise buildings and also working as a building inspector and consultant.
