Lead Planner for Crewe to Glasgow Project Group with two direct reports. Responsible for overseeing the preparation of Level 3 Critical Path Networks and Bar Charts integrating separate multi-disciplinary railway design and construction programmes, preparation of Earned Value analysis and updating of Network Rail reporting systems (PMCS and PCS).
Formulating detailed cost estimate for piping and equipment disciplines.

P3 Schedule preparation, based on engineering, materials delivery and procurement schedule Preparation documents: Schedule development, Schedule resource loading & Leveling andwork progress control :
- Gas storage tank (sphere : 2000 m3)
- Replace an existing pipeline (9,2 km of 10”,12”, 16” and 20”)
- Enhanced oil recovery in R / Baguel,
Duties included preparing Front End Load (FEL) documents in order to mobilise and start work in Pipe Yards and Camps; initiating method statements, risk assessments, and scope and schedule of works; managing CPM Schedule of works for pipe dump yards and camps.
Project Engineer:
Creating a master access database for recording the progress of piping and associated activities.
Creation of P3 plans to support build, test and commissioning projects utilising resource, cost and earned value techniques,
Production of overall integrated P3 plans for the project to ensure optimum project completion, KPI and milestone achievement.
Commissioning of a PTA plant (750KTe/year) in Portugal.
Lead Planning role to develop all programmes and tracking information for the project. Creation of KPIs, Graphs and spreadsheets to monitor and report progress and resource requirements.
Organisation and running of planning meetings with Management, Operations Teams, Sub-contractors and Vendors.
Reviews of logic, durations and critical path to assess programme achievability and steps to mitigate shortfalls.
