Responsible for managing projects at ABB around the world from Tender to Order and finalization of project. Mainly using Primavera P6 and sometimes Microsoft Projects.

Working as IAP Lead and Turn around coordinator for Asset to integrate the activities to optimise production and cost in compliance with HSE standards

Senior Planner and Project Control Engineer for FLUOR Engineering and Construction Works Project, on an oil & gas plant for REPSOL. REPSOL Escombreras Refinery Expansion in Cartagena, Spain.

Creation of Master Programme, Updating, Monitoring of Site Progress and Reporting. Instigation of financial data in to the program and subsequent analysis.

Evaluating Subcontractors Programme and Progress Monitoring

Preparation of Supporting Document for Extension of time Application and other related Claims.

Pre-construction planning followed by detailed cladding and services planning on two high rise office buildings in Central London. Basis for research project which lead to MSc(Built Environment) and highly commended award for treatise submission on 'Improving construction planning through 4D planning'.

Working with the Main Contractor to evaluate the build sequence of sub-contractor program and determine the optimum logistical arrangement for the erection of complicated steel roof structure and cladding material to the roof and facades. Reviewing the build progress and end dates for sectional completion of external works relevant to final handover as well as producing progress reports.
